Prole was founded in 2005 based on a belief that it is essential to represent causes, build identities and mould collective perceptions in this, the contemporary world. Companies, public and private institutions, political parties, cities and governments compete not only for economic and political issues, but also for perception, point of view and emotional values shared by society. Prole´s role is to intervene decisively in these areas,
so as to make a difference whenever a decision is about to be made, and to influence not just the result, but also the kind of game that should be played. We build arguments, we tell stories. That is our raw material. That is the concept which has allowed us help public, private and third sector clients build a powerful institutional message, with the capability to mobilize and offer credibility and relevance. That is how we have made operational agreements with important international partners. Prole is part of PPR (Profissionais de propaganda Reunidos), one of the ten largest groups in Brazil.

Anthropologist graduated from Museu Nacional/UFRJ with experience in producing for film and tv and advertising. Renato is Prole’s communication strategist.

Creative entrepreneur – with 15 years of experience in the marketing and communication markets, André has worked for DPZ, JWT, and Ogilvy, where he was Executive VP. He is a founding partner at Prole, and works in creation and strategic planning.
Flávio Azevedo

Flávio worked for 13 years for renowned agencies, such as JWT, Fischer America, W/Brazil and Ogilvy. One of Prole’s founding partners, he is the planning, content and research director.
João Paulo Pereira

Designer and art director – has worked fo important clients, such as Souza Cruz, BNDES, Petrobrás and Coca-Cola. A founding partner at Prole, João Paulo has a Visual Communication degree from UFRJ – Rio de Janeiro Federal University.
William Passos

Journalist – having graduated from University of Brasília, William worked for TV Globo for ten years in Brasília, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. In Brasília he worked as the economics and politics special reporter, and was also a TV anchor. He is in charge of journalism and client relationship.

As an advertising professional, Luiz has worked for some big name agencies, in charge of some large accounts, such as IBM, Coca-Cola, Net, McDonald’s and Eletrobrás. At Prole, he is responsible for managing accounts.
Marcelo Carneiro

Journalist – worked in print media for 20 years, such as Jornal do Brasil, o Globo, Veja magazine, focusing on Brazil and political coverage. Marcelo is in charge of content at Prole.
Eduardo Villela
Financeiro
Eduardo holds a Business Management degree from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Finance Postgraduate from IBMEC. He had 20 years of experience in this area, focusing on communication. He is in charge of administration and finance at Prole.
Chico Mendez

Journalist, holds a master’s degree in Political Science from Georgetown University. Chico worked with Veja magazine and Record TV, and was a correspondent in Washington DC for Bandeirantes Radio and Bandnews before he joined Prole, where he is now in charge of the São Paulo office, and also of the agency’s international area.
Fernanda Affonso

Fernanda majored in Advertising and holds a postgraduate degree in TV and Cinema from Fundação Getulio Vargas. She has been working in the past 15 years with accounts and the executive coordination of advertising spots. In that capacity, she has already assisted agencies like DPZ, JWT and Ogilvy, and clients, such as Coca-Cola, Gessy Lever and Oi. At Prole, Fernanda coordinates the production area for advertising spots and videos.
Cristiane Schaeffer

Advertiser, graduated by ESPM SP, post-graduated by City of London Polytechnic and with MBA in Sustainability Management from FGV SP. For 20 years, she has worked in fashion business in Brazil and abroad, with executive career in companies such as Hering, Hugo Boss, Adidas, Replay, Gant etc. A cross-functional professional, with background in product development and strategic planning, she is Project and New Business Coordinator of Prole SP.
Fabiano Leal

Fabiano has been working in the advertising market in the past 15 years, having worked with agencies like VS propaganda, DM9 and Quê Comunicação, assisting accounts such as Volkswagen, Ponto Frio, Petrobrás and Xerox. With focus on account management, at Prole, he handles the Rio de Janeiro City Government, Brasil Foods and Santander accounts.
Matheus Pizão

In the past 15 years, Matheus has worked as art director, copywriter, creation director and head of content. Having worked for JWT and Ogilvy, he assisted clients such as Unilever, Fiat, Claro, and Coca-Cola, in the development of content strategies and media integration platforms. At Prole, he is the creation director.
Saul Taylor

Journalist/creative, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design and Art Direction. Saul riginally worked in the advertising industry in London before joining Wallpaper magazine as an editor and then Winkreative as editorial and intelligence director. Until recently Saul divided his time “on the road” as one of the founding editors of Monocle magazine and has also written for publications such as the International Herald Tribune and The Guardian. At Prole, he works in the international Public Relatios area of the Rio City Hall.
Wilton Granja

Wilton majored in Adverting from Gama Filho University and has 25 years of experience in advertising agencies like Salles, Young & Rubrican, Wunderman and Ogilvy. At Prole, he is in charge of the operational area, coordinating traffic, art buying, and production.
João Kalache

João majored in Advertising and holds a postgraduate degree in Business Management from FGV. He has worked for some of the main agencies, such as VS Propaganda, Publicis Salles Norton and Artplan, in charge of accounts like L’Oreal Garnier, SCJohnson and Peugeot. At Prole, João is account director, assisting clients, such as the Government of the Rio de Janeiro State and CitrusBR.
Marta Martins DeVito

Multidiscipilinary entrepreneur, with national and international background in Strategic Planning, Branding, Project Management, and Communication. From August, 2011, she will head Prole Washington, providing international scale to Brazilian exporters, such as CitrusBR, Unica, and Abiec.
Ibiapaba Netto

Journalist since1998, Ibiapaba specializes in the agribusiness area, where he has been given the Working with Responsibility Award by FMC Agricultural Products. He has worked for publications like Panorama Rural, O Estado de São Paulo and Istoé Dinheiro Rural, as special reporter and editor. At Prole, he manages accounts of entities like CitrusBR – Brazilian Association of Citrus Exporters, and the Association of Brazilian Beef Exporters.

Bruno Bertani

Graduated in advertising by UFF, is an art director, product designer and founding partner of the National Industrial Design. In Prole, he adds design and innovation strategies of customers to open new possibilities for action. Bruno accumulates both national and international awards including three Cannes Lions - design category. Currently part of the EMBA Berlin School of CreativeLeadership.
